Shipping policy

We currently ship to: Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. We hope to ship international one day in the future, but for now we can only ship to the countries named above.

Shipping times will vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors including, but not limited to postal and courier industry delays of which are out of BiblioWax control. We do not guarantee delivery times.

We dispatch all weeks orders on Fridays. If an order is placed on a friday the order will be send out the next Friday. Sometimes order are shipped earlier, this may vary. During peak times dispatch may take up to 10 business days.

All orders placed via the online store will receive an email receipt. The track and trace information will be received through email once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

 

Shipping:

We currently offer different options for shipping:

Standard Shipping: Shipping with a track and trace code to follow the shipping of your package.

Insured Shipping: Shipping with a track and trace code and a certain amount of insurance in case of loss or damage to your package. Please send a message to confirm the actual amount insured, this can depend on location of shipping.

All Shipping Costs are calculated by weight and destination of items being shipped.

 

Shipping times:

Netherlands estimated delivery times is between 1-5 business days.

Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Spain and Sweden delivery times is between 1-5 business days.

Europe (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia) estimated delivery times is between 5-10 business days.

United Kingdom estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days.

Items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer. Items may be also held longer than usual by Overseas customs authorities.

 

 Are They Allowed in my country:

It is up to the consumer when ordering, if an item is allowed in there country, any products held by customs for legal reasons is the responsibility of said consumer. No refunds will be issued for these incidents. When ordering remember to check all laws and legislations for said products and if they are permit into your country.
