Refund policy

We use a 14 day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your items and/or package to request your return. The item must be in the same condition and/or packaging of its original state. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you are eligible to these conditions, you can request a refund at bibliobibuliwax@gmail.com. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement
If your claim has been accepted we will send out a replacement to your original shipping address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on wax melts or candles, unless the item is damaged and/or incorrect.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund request has been accepted. If so, you'll be refunded through your original payment method. Please remember the refunding process can take some time, because of issues like the processing of your bank or credit card company.
